During this webinar with representatives from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the presentation will provide an overview of the regulation of therapeutic goods in Australia. Discussed will be what is regulated as a therapeutic good, how these are regulated and what claims they can make, as well as the interfaces are handled between foods, cosmetics and medicines including where the lines for these are. Also covered briefly will be an overview of the advertising regulations for therapeutic goods.
